Naples Art District Show Supports Food Drive
Fifty working artists in the Naples Art District, the largest concentration of professional artist studios in Southwest Florida, will participate in Art with a Heart from 5 to 8 p.m., December 6. Artists will donate a percentage of all proceeds from art purchased to help restock our local food pantries, in dire need after Hurricane Irma. Visitors can enjoy refreshments, artist demonstrations and sign up for classes as they participate in the gallery hop.
“We appreciate the support the community has provided to artists, and we wanted to give back,” says Paula Brody, events chairperson of the nonprofit Naples Art District and principal artist and owner of the Inspirations Artists and Design Gallery. “It’s also a great way to meet local artists.”
