Chair Yoga Classes in Bonita Springs
Chair yoga classes led by Registered Yoga Teacher Dina Radcliffe have returned to Integrative Mindfulness, in Bonita Springs. Instruction in the unique style of adapting yoga positions and poses through creative uses of a chair for additional support and stability will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesdays.
With a chair replacing a yoga mat and becoming an extension of the body, specific movements stretch the abdomen, back, sides, arms and legs, improving posture and balance. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
