Intro to Mindfulness and Meditation Classes in Fort Myers
The Florida Community of Mindfulness will present Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation classes from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays from March 12 to April 2 at Caloosahatchee Mindfulness, in Fort Myers. Participants will learn how to cultivate the practice of mindfulness and develop the skills to fully experience life in the present.
Instructed by Mary Robinson, the class is for individuals new to mindfulness and meditation, as well as those that want to review the basics and establish a more consistent daily practice. The course includes basic instruction and an exploration of practical ways to bring mindfulness into daily activities.
