Paulette Grotrian

Paulette Grotrian

Paulette Grotrian, of Mindfulness with Paulette, will lead a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from March 27 through 31 at Integrative Mindfulness, in Bonita Springs. Grotrian, MA, qualified MBSR instructor, meditator and teacher who trained with Kabat-Zinn, is a founding member of the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness, and has been a guest teacher at Integrative Mindfulness.

Cost: $500 includes workbook, recordings of guided meditations and an all-day retreat. The program offers 24 CEs for psychologists, dietitians, social workers, mental health professionals and nurses.
