Free Science in Christianity Talk at Cambier Park
Mary Alice Rose, a former meteorologist and a current practitioner of Christian Science, will present The Science of Christianity at 2 p.m., February 16, from the bandshell of Cambier Park, in downtown Naples. The talk, sponsored by the Naples Christian Science Church, will explore how the scientific method applies to Christianity and can be used to bring healing to all of life’s “storms”.
Rose will share how she overcame a fear of such occurrences and recognized that the scientific method can be seen in the Bible and applied to them with healing results. “‘God is love’ is a powerful law that has healed me physically and mentally,” she says. “I’ll share examples of that law in action.”
Admission is free. Location: 755 8th Ave. S. For more information, email Clerk@ChristianScienceNaples.com.
