Gluten-Free Cooking Classes at The Good Life
Laurie Richardone, founder of LR Kitchen, will present A Taste for All Seasons cooking classes at 6 p.m., January 13, 18 and 27, at The Good Life, in Naples. Specializing in seasonal gluten-free cookery, along with traditional cooking, she will discuss creative and healthful culinary arts with participants.
Richardone contends that gluten-free diets can promote many health benefits, including increased energy, improved cholesterol levels and digestion. Born into a family of restaurateurs, she has been exploring gluten-free cooking techniques and recipes for many years. A former cooking teacher in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Richardone is now a private chef and is currently writing a seasonal gluten-free cookbook.
