ReWired App Promotes Healthy Ways
The free ReWired app can help users relax, meditate and quit smoking, along with many other benefits. Available for download at the Apple App Store, a message or a mantra in any language can be recorded and played on a loop in the background while listening to a favorite music, beats, podcast or workout mix.
The app was created after extensive experimentation with many compact discs by Richard Ulrich, a Naples-based acupuncturist with hypnosis experience, and Silver Logic, of Boca Raton. “I use it for tennis, and it helps remind me of things I want to do,” he says, adding that it can also help for inspirational and increased self-esteem.
