Free Wellness Workshops at The Path of Being

Start the new year with learning practical ways to help embrace a healthier new you and to reach wellness goals by attending two separate free workshops this month on improving well-being through centering on the mind, body and spirit connection at The Path of Being, in south Fort Myers. Theresa Ayers, owner of the wellness center, and Lora Ulrich, a certified holistic nutritionist and owner of New You Lifestyles, will lead Bust Sugar and Carb Cravings and Mindfulness for Beginners on January 9 and Losing Weight and Keeping it Off and a guided Meditation for Beginners on January 23, both from noon to 1 p.m.
The events will provide helpful tips and information on nutrition, mindfulness, plant-based eating, breathing techniques to relieve stress and much more. They are especially beneficial for those feeling bloated, stressed and worn out. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample nutritional and naturally based products.
