Two Workshop Series by Solana Integrative Health in Naples
Nancy Duggan, of Solana Integrative Health, will lead two separate, four-part series of workshops meant to enhance health and energy through the art of healthful living throughout this month, all from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Norris Center, in Naples.
Four Wellness Workshops will cover Food, Disease and Health on January 7, Blue Zones Principles on January 14, Today’s Balanced Plate on January 21 and The “Whole” Pantry on January 28.
Each Tuesday in January, starting on January 8, will cover one part of the Solona Eating Plan under the theme Upstart Your Metabolism.
