Learn to Improve Gut Health in Bonita Springs
Deborah Post, ARNP, with the Wellbridges Health Center, in Bonita Springs, will give a special presentation, The Gut, Your Master Battery: How to Fix and Optimize Gut Issues Top to “Bottom”, from 5:45 to 8 p.m., May 15, at the facility. Attendees will learn about the biology, function and problems the gut can have; how food choices can either create health or possible disease; and how best to support this amazing system and achieve optimum function of what’s called “the gut”.
She relates that if we has a problem with the group of organs called the gut (totaling 23 feet in a human), we will also have a lot of other issues in the body that won’t be easy to fix unless we heal the gut. The evening of “top-down healing” to help increase health and energy, learning and socializing will include light munchies.
