Conservancy Nature Center Reopens

Family Fun and Nature Education

Following major renovations, the Conservancy of Southwest Florida Nature Center reopened on November 1. New operating hours, plus special hourly programs and activity days through May 2011, highlight the return of this Naples institution of family fun and education.

Take Action Tuesdays are a monthly eco-adventure designed to help protect our region’s natural treasures. Sensational Saturdays offer weekly programs at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., that include a full slate of special nature games and other activities for the entire family.
Electric boat rides, nature zone programs and outdoor animal encounters (based on availability) are offered hourly.

Hours: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Location: 1450 Merrihue Dr.  For more info, call 239-262-0304 or visit www.Conservancy.org.
