Integrative nutrition health coach Eva Aspegren will present a talk, You Are What You Eat, from 6 to 7 p.m., February 16, at Eyes Wide Open Center, in Bonita Springs. Topics include the limitations of the current definition of health; nutrition’s role in overall mind-body health; bio-individuality; primary and secondary foods; the benefits of a whole-food, clean diet; necessary lifestyle changes to reach optimal health; the importance of detoxing body, mind and environment; and the importance of personal care.

The founder of Crave2Live Health and Wellness consultancy offers practical advice, education and information, Aspergren provides a unique, integrative approach that includes listening to the body and self-care strategies using natural approaches to heal and stay healthy. Her health coaching programs help individuals and groups identify and explore what needs balancing by looking at the individual as a whole.
