Fisher to Host Two Group Programs
Ann M. Fisher
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist Ann M. Fisher, in Naples, will host two, six-week group programs to help participants be their best selves and improve their physical, emotional and spiritual health. A Happier Hour begins January 29 and will examine the relationship that many have with alcohol. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with other women that are also examining the role of alcohol in their lives. Fisher will host a Wellness Circle beginning February 1, offering expert advice on how mindfulness and positive self-care can improve health and sustained well-being.
The first group examines the research about the impact of alcohol on women’s health in a safe, non-judgmental setting. The second program will provide many techniques to improve physical and mental health, including mindfulness, relaxation, cognitive-behavioral strategies, movement and nutrition, in a small, highly supportive setting.
Fisher also provides therapeutic services for individuals, couples and families to create positive change and sustained well-being. “I can help you clarify your personal goals and develop a plan for change that nurtures resilience, restores a sense of balance and brings joy to your life,” she says.Edit ModuleShow Tags
