Mindfulness Foundations Course in Bonita Springs

Angela Tarquini-Sanders

Angela Tarquini-Sanders

Angela Tarquini-Sanders, founder of Mindful Mindz, LLC, will present her popular Mindfulness Foundations course in four sessions from 7 to 8:30 p.m., January 23 and 30, and February 1 and 6, at Integrative Mindfulness, in Bonita Springs. Ideal for anyone new to mindfulness meditation, as well as those wishing to refresh their practice, the program combines research, formal and informal meditation practices, discussion of mindfulness concepts, engaging activities and support materials to help participants realize the benefits of mindfulness in their daily lives.

An emerging body of evidence supports the benefits of mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and enhance healthy aging. Mindfulness meditation is a simple, natural and effective practice that is becoming more mainstream, with many corporations, hospitals and schools incorporating the practices to improve outcomes.

Tarquini-Sanders, who has conducted mindfulness classes in Naples and around the country, brings warmth, enthusiasm and genuine interest for greater well-being to each class she teaches.

Fee: $225 for all sessions. Location: The Fountains Professional Park, 3372 Woods Edge Cir., Ste. 102. For more information or to register, call 610-804-2035, email AngelaSanders@MindfulMindz.com or visit MindfulMindz.com.
